NG TEKNIK bearings are steam resistant and waterproof and have excellent wash off properties. Our bearing housing outperform other thermoplastic housings thanks to its unique Dupolit housing which has a high mechanical strength and durability.
NG TEKNIK waterproof housings are used in Chemical, Bottling, Dairies, and Process Food Plants, and are particulary effective in the harshest of environments in Seafood processing industry due to its resistance to the aggressive saltwater.
We work with process plant manufacturers to develop this maintenance free bearing, that is cost effective and can operate between -30c to +100c, they are resistant to all cleaning products and most chemicals.
